Coos County Warrant Checks
No official Coos County online active-warrant database was located in the research. The sheriff FAQ says the Sheriff's Office does not release warrant information over the phone. A Coos County warrant search therefore relies on a careful fallback chain: check current custody through the jail roster or Booking Division, search OJD case records and calendars for failure-to-appear activity, contact the court handling the case, and speak with an attorney if a person may have an outstanding warrant.

Marriage licenses are issued by the Coos County Clerk, not the Circuit Court. Applicants complete the online marriage application, then both appear at the clerk's office to sign and pay with valid ID. The fee is $60 cash, includes one certified copy and a decorative certificate, and the license has a three-day waiting period unless a waiver is approved for an additional $25. Once effective, it is valid for 60 days in Oregon.
Divorce and probate are court records. Divorce files are searched through OJD or OJCIN and copies are requested from the court.
